Information you provide directly. When you create an account, request a demo, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, company name, job title, and phone number. If you purchase a subscription, we collect payment information, though we use a third-party payment processor and do not store full payment card numbers.

Information from your use of the Services. We automatically collect certain information when you access or use the Services, including:

• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps;
• Device data: hardware model, operating system, and unique device identifiers;
• Usage data: features used, actions taken, and session duration.

We will not use your Customer Data to train our AI models without your prior written consent.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

We share information with vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Tarvo is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated.
